Phase I   Treatment

This phase is where you will begin decompression therapy. Once again, this is very comfortable. It is recommmended you wear loose fitting clothing for comfort. Drs. Jeff and Kim may also make dietary recommendations to promote a better outcome and decrease the inflammation of your nerves. Your body is a multifaceted system and we want the best outcome for your health.

Phase II   Stabilization of Structures

This phase begins when 5-8 DTS treatments have been administered and appreciable pain relief has been achieved or pain relief through 8 DTS treatments has not ben realized. This typically indicates a functional integrity may be interfering with your progress and must be reassessed.

Phase III    Support of Muscular System

During phase III, we will structure an in-office and home-based exercise program that will help to bring your spine back to full health. The exercise program may include in office resistance training, at home Stabilizer exerciser and resistance training and other "core" exercises. The extent of these exercises will be largely determined  by your over all spinal health, your current level of fitness as well as other factors. Our goal is to introduce you to various simple but effective exercises you will learn during your office visits. Once we are satisfied with your results and outcomes, our staff will establish a home based exercise program that is simple yet effective. It is important to be regular with your spinal exercises while at our office so that we create a habit you will carry home with you.
